Mark Adams and his team are incredible! No one likes the process of selling their home but they made it as painless as possible. They gave me a list of things to do that they thought would make my house more attractive to buyers. There was no pressure. They said I could choose to do the items or sell as-is. They were simply offering their opinion based on their many years of selling homes. I chose to make most of the changes/updates they suggested and my house sold for over asking price in one weekend!
