I worked with Mark Adams to sell my house in the Museum District in Richmond, VA. Mark and his team were very helpful in each step of the process. They provided guidance on how which repairs would be the most important for potential buyers to see and which repairs we should leave for the inspection. They gave excellent guidance on the best way to stage our house using the furniture we already had. The team also helped us decide on a listing price to maximize our sales price but also to move the house quickly. It was a truly easy process. You might say 'well, the housing market is hot and anyone can sell a house.' That might be true; however, post-inspection and less than a week before closing, we ran into a big issue w/a leak in the roof given the record amounts of rain we've had recently. Unfortunately, I was out of town for much of that week, so Mark handled everything for us - he went over to the house and laid plastic down to prevent further water damage, he scheduled the contractors to find and fix the leak, and repair the interior. He was also there w/the contractors to ensure a quality job was done in a timely process. He also was very re-assuring that we'd make it work and get the sale closed. I can't speak highly enough of Mark's efforts during this moment of panic. He truly went above and beyond.
