Mark Adams & Associates are a great team and that is what we needed to downsize our home. My wife and I have relied on Mark and team for transactions with five different homes. Our most recent experience was to downsize our home after most of our kids have grown and they helped us with both sides of the transaction. Amy helped us with buying a newly construction home where we wanted a good deal and make sure we got what we were paying for. Mark helped us price our Montpelier home for sale and we worked through selling in the winter a home that needed maintenance, was in a remote location, and had unique design. Mark's guidance helped us know how to best sell the home and we were able to get it sold just before the COVID-19 Pandemic hit. The team helped us work through complicated situations and found us other help as needed to complete the transaction. It was a stressful situation for sure and the entire team was supportive and was always available with valuable guidance. They also kept us well organized with all the different aspects of both sides or the process.
