We had the pleasure of working with Amy Baker who was absolutely amazing. Consistently patient with us as first time home buyers as it took us a while to decide on what type of house we wanted as well as being there to help when we needed. She did thorough research on houses we were interested in and after interviewing 2 other realtors we were sold on her.
Like every house closing process there were some hiccups along the way (with us it related to our closing attorney and the surveryor). Amy went so far above and beyond her job duties by fighting for our interests it was amazing. She escalated our issue to the head of the law firm.
Highly highly recommend Amy and the team at Mark Adams. My sister in law is using her right now as well and has been happy as well.
