Mark was excellent to work with from being to end. And very patient with us. We are data driven people and Mark provided exactly the information we needed to make an informed decision regarding timing and pricing of our home. He walked our home room by room and provided the necessary advice we needed to prep our home. He kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. Mark priced our home perfectly to where we had many showings the first day (Saturday) it was on the market. Come Monday morning we had two competing offers over asking price. We have closed on that home and Mark continues to be a valuable asset with recommendations for local companies to asset with work we need done on our new home. And he continues to stay in touch with his clients with various client activities. Wonderful experience and hopefully we won't have to do it again anytime soon but if so - we'll definitely be calling Mark!
